Kit Warren is a visual artist who lives and works in Brooklyn, New York. Her work has been widely exhibited and collected, including shows at the Zillman Museum of Contemporary Art/University of Maine (solo), Garvey Simon, Whitelight Contemporary Art, Art on Paper, Key Projects, LIC, Kenise Barnes Fine Art, Larchmont NY, PS 122 Gallery, SCOPE, and The Painting Center. Her work has been featured in Art Spiel, Posit Journal #21, Works and Days Quarterly, and 100 Philosophers, 100 Artworks, 100 Words, Aesthetics for Birds.
Warren has been awarded fellowships at Virginia Center for the Creative Arts, The Saltonstall Foundation, the Mid Atlantic Arts Foundation, and the Conception Arts Fellowship at the Chateau Orquevaux Residency in France. She holds a BFA from University of Pennsylvania, an MFA from School of Visual Arts (NYC) and a certificate in Multi-Media from New York University.
